Please contact us through two of our support channels, Phone & email to submit requests for returns before shipping items back to us. We ask that our customers provide a return tracking number, order number and items to be returned in order to receive a full refund.
- All items should be in brand new/ like new condition and shipped in the original product packaging. (Email/Phone for Further Questions)
- All returns will be confirmed through our email channel.
- Put your ORDER NUMBER on the box and securely pack items with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage.
- Allow up to one week upon return of goods for fund to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping costs) or an exchange made.
Please note that all carrier costs including original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred for any returns or exchanges are not refundable.
