Shipping policy

Please be advised that during this time USPS and UPS are significantly strained with deliveries.

 

They have no longer guaranteed that they will honor their shipping window guarantees at this time. Pieces of Luv will do everything in our power to continue to ship all orders out as fast as possible using the selected shipping method.

 

All orders will receive a tracking information once mailed out. Please allow additional transit time for all orders, as it is out of our control once it leaves our hands.

 

Please note that all Orders will be shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays Only. To assure you receive your order in a timely manner. 

 Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the day your order was shipped to receive your candle.

 

For all Las Vegas based orders, feel free to select Local delivery to have your item hand delivered. Once selected, It will then update to A 5 Dollar Delivery fee instead of a shipping cost.
